Imakatsu makes a lot of great swimbaits however, Imakatsu as a brand has never really taken off here in the US. Today, I go over a swimbait that I think guys will have a lot of success with that no one is really fishing! The Imakatsu Javallon 200 has a unique swim and is great for skipping in heavy cover!

I don't usually care much for segmented baits but that has an excellent swim Thanks for showcasing it I'll give them s try
Bro Iāve been waiting for someone to make a video on this bait! Been kinda hesitant to get some.
That action is sick kinda slither like a snake in a way and is definitely quiet swimmer once there not sold out im definitely purchasing a pack
Can you pin the pin?
I guess lake fork tackle ripped this bait off cause it looks like a magic swimmer
That first skip was disgusting, especially with a treble hook on the back.
Just bought my favorite reel, a abu big shooter compact in almost perfect condition with some small scratches, would it be able to handle the hinkle trout and mother? And what lbs test would you run for those glides?
What size hook should be used for the smaller one. Thanks again for all you share with us. Late.
How come every time the hook up posts a video featuring a bait and I want to buy it, itās always sold out? Sux
Uuuuushyaaaa!!!
Dope video Geoff I have caught some giant stripers on the javallon 200. They have some really good colors too like you mentioned in the video. Thank you as always for the consistent quality uploads itās always appreciated.
Waddle bat they make is dope
Great video man
Geoffrey what is the best hook and rigging one the javallon 160?
I've been throwing the original (solid color) version forever. It's a fantastic burn bait in the spring and summer along buff walls, etc.
those ambi skips tho!
Fishing pads in Florida?
Stop moaning when a fish bites š

Hey man, great video, very informative! Ill definetly be trying one of these in the urban ponds around Phx.
I know another guy said he was glad this wasnt a pond video but im definetly still looking for those. These urban ponds are still pretty much the only thing I fish and its been a struggle to get these bass with this pressure. Any tips youre still hiding, or any recommended baits youve got (that preferrably arent $120) for things like chapparal or papago would be a godsend.
Always appreciate the represent, much love bro
SOLD OUT
Today's generation of bass "anglers" are saying after watching this…"How did he catch that? He wasn't playing a video game" š
I snagged 5 packs of these when they dropped and my GOD they get BIT!!!!
Looking for something that can float like a tyrant 8 alternative anyone know anything like that??
Babe wake up, the King posted
Great video! No livescope! No pond video! No spinning rods! Thatās what we like to see! And also informative. Great convo and great video quality also! Some music would get the adrenaline pumping but not necessary.
Those Flag baits are š„
Jeff do you have any idea why bait makers put the tails on sideways like this bait and flukes tons of soft plastics in fluke style baits have the tail like that, I canāt imagine why other than it helping the bait to glide by it being flat sideways
Amazing Iām glad you shared this with us definitely Iām going to be purchasing one !!!I was wondering what shimano new rod would be best for deps 250 and down to 4 oz keep in mind 250 is my main bait thank you in advance!
Before the GDW there was the Javallon. Ive got a few good fish on the 200 size. Will be trying that stinger rig!
threw the javallon way back……at least 15 years ago. Usually about a 5 to 8 inch baits. Lake Fork Magic Shad basically reproduces a 4 inch verision
I prefer Soft Swimbaits and Geoff keeps telling everyone my secrets š
Geoffreyās video uploads directly affect my bank account š
Bro what brand of fluorocarbon is your favorite?

Lake Hibaraš, k love Imakatsu, i think i by the first lure around 2008, a Dilemma 60 jerkbait and a lot more, like the Bigroid 210 for Pike and DVD's Top Secret Return, the Perch that's my profil picture got caught with a 3" Bushido Craw on the Carolinarig. So i catch a lot with Imakatsu lures.
I have the 160 and I love it!! Iāve been keeping an eye on the 200 thatās been out of stock since you originally dropped this video. So when will you guys be getting the 200 size back in?? It says āSOLD OUTā on the website. ā¦..?? Donāt they also make it in a 260??
Bro we need you to do videos once a week. Always interested in what you have to say. Keep it up
