Going back through these vids for you. This was great. And perfect timing bud. I got my 8' Dobyns Fury yesterday with the Shimano Cardiff. It tosses em. Im fishing a big ol Baitsanity Antidote. It stays on top outta that grass i was telling u about. The s waver and Arashi get in that grass too quick. Great info on where in the creeks to throw what. Just did a weedkill yesterday so hopefully things open up. Really good video tho BG!!

Might try the big glides (9+ inches) the last 1/3 of summer. My lakes don't really have many big fish, but the 2 to 6 pounders just destroy them. Not sure why, but it's a fun window to do this.

Nice vid on Swimbaits Hank! Ironically before Christmas I bought a small gantaral. Soooo looking forward to using it now in spring. I don’t have the bucca bull yet, but know I need to bite bullet and get one soon!! Btw- love my magdraft whiteback you recommended! Do you find that better in the early prespawn or post?

Night fish that Bullshad in the summer. Fast and erratic, stop and go. They will destroy it. I’ve started painting my swimbaits to how I like them. I have the 9” in trout and a 8” in bluegill. They will wear you out, but they’ll wear out some nice bass too.

Hard to beat the Daiwa DX rods. I fish four of them and they just work. Don't overlook a big wake bait (MS Slammer, Spro Rat 50,etc) because they produce.
I have to start throwing swimbaits more often. Thanks for your perspective and video.
Thanks good tips I'm still new to this fishing stuff I need to know what I need to fish for bass out here in California I've thrown all kinds of bait out but no luck untill I started with a swim bait it worked but I only had that one kind and I need to know which other ones would work here.

Hank I slow roll all of my swimbaits in the beginning of the Spring. I have to get them to get out of that thick grass some how. Great video brother catch a lot for me man my boat is down.

I was literally going to put out a video just showing the swimbaits and the combo I got over the winter. I’m still too new to swimbaits to give any kind of information. I just didn’t like the video.
Thanks for the video Hank. Really want to get into a swim bait/A rig game but hard time pulling the trigger. Leaning to a Dobyns Fury with Lews SD and 20lb mono to start. PA has a lot of trout stocked lakes and I'm thinking those big bass over the generations have learned that trout make great meals..!
