Me and a few friends fished pyramid in the 1980s 40 years ago when hardly anyone else was around , we'd sneak in at 1 a.m. and fish all night. No fishing pressure, we killed 30, – 40 pound stripers constantly. Kept it to ourselves told hardly anyone. Today with internet word gets out and there 20 – 30 people at a spot in hours. They show up with 5 rods each and keep everything they pulll in. We all know who im talking about. Not like it used to be😢
Wonder if there are any 30# plus size one's in there anymore?
My uncle caught a 30#er and a 35#er back to back using a frozen anchovy from the dock! This was in the 90's
