Goal: get away from Chicago and get to AZ and spend a day with Geoff fishing!
Great vid! 👍🏼 Moon phases definitely affect a bass’ feeding habits….I catch so many more bass a day or two either side of a new moon.
GREAT BREAKDOWN" THANX 4 POSTING!
Stay dropping juice!!!!
Great info as always but that hat is bad ass.
my goal is to catch some swimbait fish, just picked up some I-slides and a mark 56!
Rod, reel, line used in video please
Great video man
Chilling on my lunch break eating tacos 🌮 taking pointers thanks 🙏
New sub here..dig your channel! My fish tend to stay shallower in winter. I just got into glide baits so my goal is to get my first fish on a glide.
Here on the West Coast,.. the temps are dropping but the Bass are still biting… Largemouth as well as Ocean Stripers
👍😎🤙
Lotta good info here. I run basically the same program when I'm on that lake. Wintertime rock piles and walls and summertime submerged trees all day long. Shad balls all year round just much deeper in the winter. Around sunset is when I usually catch my biggest fish of the day regardless of time of the year. Keep these vids coming 👍
Rod and reel specs, please. Great info
Chicagoland. We are definitely iced over
When the drt clothbait comes out it’s going to be a game changer for winter swimbait fishing
I’ve been buying wedge-tail swimbaits for this winter and hope to catch some biguns in my local pond but I don’t know… they’ve had lockjaw for weeks now. And no structure to speak of.
Such a pleasure not seeing a 30" video game on the front of the boat…speaking of which, anyone know if there's any truth to a 10 lb largemouth bass in Florida developing Scope goggles that can detect a Scoper idling over their hideout? I've been noticing a few bass with glasses…wasn't sure why
Geoffrey, Question for you???? Have you ever used the DRT Tiny Klash "Wide Lip" on the TK when Deadwalking???? I watched some underwater footage on another youtube channel of this being done. Wow! It seems to almost stay in place, and the Walk is more accentuated. It was done in comparison to the Normal Lip, so much better walk. Opinion please….
Thanks 😊
Real info. Also, what rod grip/wrap do you use? Thanks
How often do you catch big fish during high barometric pressure lulls?
Happy New Year’s and may your rod stay bent this year.
I'm determined to figure out this lake we call "Unpleasant!" I hope I can catch at least an 8 on my swimbait 2:40 swimbait 2:23
I fw a Geoff yap sesh
G- where are you getting your swimbait underground gear?? Throw a link
This was great! Would love to know your thought process on your retrieval after long lining a point like you talked about. I feel like deep to shallow is nice because you get a good feel and stay on the bottom better but yeah, just curious what depth and speed your trying for. Goal is to fish more than ever haha! 🎉happy new year!
The secret is bug baits 🪲🐛
Another good one. One question please. I don't think I have ever seen one of these where you are throwing any follow-up type baits. Is that something you just don't do as a fishing style preference or is there some other reason? i.e. when you throw to those rock piles/structure that are 30' deep, do you ever throw baits that get down to that structure and work the bottom? How do you decide when/if and what choices you like when you do decide to work the bottom?
This is incredible! Can you please do more videos like this, where you break down how someone should read the water? Like, seeing how you think about where to fish based on the mapping on your chart plotter is invaluable. Especially, for guys like me that are trying to get better at reading the water. The boat position portion was great to!
Sweet skipping that Tyrant under that pontoon boat
Nice looking for a cool vid to watch on ur page and seeing it uploaded 8 mins ago 🫡
Spending the last break at work watching this video. Nothing I’d rather do then watch a Geoff vid
Be nice to buy a bait without having to jumping threw flaming hoops
Ever thought about making your own glidebait
First view baby
Cant wait to watch this vid winter in louisiana hits hard and i wanna win one of my highschool tournament on some big swimbaits
