Bass Fishing with Bluegills – Best Realistic Bluegill Swimbait

Tested out the matt lure bluegill swimbait and boy was I in for a surprise! Caught a possible new personal best (8 pounds) and a nice 4 1/2 pounder in under an hour. The realistic colors and details as well as the swimming action is the reason this big bait calls giant bass out to bite.
Throwing big swim baits takes time and patience. You will not get bit every throw, but when you do it will be a HOG!

  1. Nice Vid man and never thought of using the anchor. I've always used like a tear drop lead weight in a similar fashion as you did. If you decide the need for a new camera or an extra one. Look into ActiveOn CX, $119.00. I've been using for about 2 mths now and don't think I'll ever buy a GoPro now.
