  1. I see this is an older video. But something about big swimbaits!! It's an addiction…I have a bunch. Just ordered a few savage gear pulse tail 4D 8".. look awesome! What's your preference on line to use with these big baits?

  2. Just came upon this video and very good info. This is my first year swimbait fishing and I bought nothing but Savage Gear swimbaits and they have been producing for me. I am mainly targeting pikes but the bass will hit them too. I am also in Minnesota as well so it would be nice to link up sometime for some fishing. Tight line and looking forward to more content!!!

  3. Helpful video I’m slowly getting into swimbaits had a few trackers on the swaver 168 and a couple catches on a gantarel jr. Looking to get a deps 175 and 250 soon. Btw I’m in SoCal so we’re spoiled here haha but those are good numbers for your area !

  4. This is excellent content bro, to answer your question, a Deps 175 and a River2Sea S waver 168 will produce the same size fish as the bigger baits. I have had seven and eight pounders track and smash my bait in New Jersey and Connecticut. It really all depends on your cadence for the particular weather conditions and time of year. Sometimes fluorocarbon and monofilament play a big role also. The bottom line is if you have confidence in throwing that style of bait there are no limits. My brother Justin is friends with Oliver Ngy from big bass dreams, and he showed us firsthand what you can do with this style of bait in New Jersey and New York. You can take this style anywhere and catch fish. I personally have had two pounders completely commit to a Megabass I slide 262. Nice job and keep up the good work big dog. šŸ‘šŸ‘

  5. Enjoyed the video and subbed! I live in CT so I totally understand a 5 to 7 lb bass being a big bass. I have that exact savage gear 3d trout but have yet to fish with it hopefully this spring. Another good savage gear lure is the 3d shine glide…great action and colors definitely give it a try!
