How can you determine how deep a crank bait or jerk bait dives? After it’s out of the box I forget which ones are shallow or deep.

Bass eye placement allows a bass to see both sides and to the front, it can’t see below it or behind it.
I'm not often bass fishing, but this holds true for Trout and Pike as well.
