hopped it over a branch bush thingy straight into a steady retrieve then BAM SON giant fish classic California delta technique throwing over everything under everything to catch a fish angles
the beauty of the line through system is also the downfall of the line through system. it does an amazing job hooking and landing the fish but it also kills a lot of fish. they eat it and the hooks end up in the gills or the throat a lot of the time, as it did for that first cod.
