Heck of a day on the water.
That Bull shad was unstoppable that day. Great footballs. I love it when bass are slamming baits while they have crayfish or other bait hanging out of their mouths.

I used to catch a lot of bass with a crawdad tail when I was a kid
mike i'm liking that fatty z. but loosing a lot of fish before i can boat them. i think because of the elastic. have you had this problem.
My wife got me a set of these swimbaits and I have not had any luck with them yet. You were definitely slaying them that day. A few solid looking fish there. That fish on the underwater release didn't want to leave.

My guess would be a topwater bait. That's what I have been catching them on boone with.
