Insane Keeper Halibut Bite From Shore! (Dropshot and Swimbait Fishing)

I set out for my first Halibut session of the year and was rewarded with a couple of nice keepers. The conditions were perfect and it was only a matter of time.

  2. Awesome job! Caught a 46 incher in the kelp beds to the right of the wharf, when I was about 6. Well, I set the hook and went flying in almost, pops grabbed me by the back of my shorts, I was still holding on, pops brought it in and landed it, guess it’s his fish, then my uncle beat it with an oar. One of my most favorite fishing memories. That and walking down the wharf with it and back to the old Terrace Court Motel. What amazing memories here. Keep it up
