Making an awesome wooden Perch jointed swimbait.
2 piece handmade wooden swimbait made from a 3/4 piece of poplar. This lure is 6” long and weighs 34 grams. Balanced and weighted to float just under the surface. Tried my best to mimic a perch as it has such a cool pattern. This was my first attempt at lure making but definitely not the last. Stay tuned in for more builds. Consider watching more of my videos to see what else I’ve been up to. Thanks for watching.

Good job!! Nice finish. I’m in the process of getting a little station to make lures myself. Wondering what wood you chose?
Nice project! Looks really good. Something I’m planning to do this year. Wondering what wood you decided on? Cheers 👍
thanks for the tutorial, it turns out it's easy to make the bait, greeting
I like👍👍🙏
Great job amazing handy craft thank you sir
It says swimbiat instead of swimbait on the thumbnail picture
great job, as much on the manufacturing as on the painting. 👍 on the other hand, I don't speak English, what do you use as white powder to fill the holes? and what varnish do you use?
Awesome lure building! Solarbaits is a fantastic and humble lure builder too. Just finished my vintage Inca 1979 bandsaw restoration and restart building wooden lures. Thanks for sharing and best wishes for 2021!
total copy, not innovative at all. Why don't you give credit to Marling Baits because his is a carbon copy of his building techqnique
Very creative and so cool to see the whole process. Very life like and great attention to detail.
Muito bem!!!
