From Topwater to Swimbaits, we show you how to target big striped bass! If you’ve ever wanted to catch Striper on artificial lures, this information will help you be more successful. Come along for an exciting day on the water!
We begin throwing big swimbaits in the early morning hours. As the day unfolds we transition to a combination of swimbaits, topwater both big and small, and swim jigs. This combination allowed us to maximize our time on the water, increase or shot a big bites, without catching too many smaller fish.
Traditional striper fishing involves cut bait, rattle traps, and small topwater lures. These are all incredibly effective ways to catch striped bass, but they’re not great ways to consistently TARGET Big Striped Bass. We use a combination of swimbaits and topwater to eliminate the smaller bites and more effectively target the big bass that we’re searching for.

You mentioned East Coast…does this mean you're on the west Coast or Gulf?
Caught a hunkin 16.5” striper in my local river near the end of some rapids today. Absolutely destroyed my Whopper Plopper and jumped 3’ out of the water!
You know, I never knew Striped bass could grow that big since I usually catch them in rivers, creeks, or dams. But I’ve never caught any of them that huge.
Please tell the Stripped fish is a lake fish or salt/sea fish ? Thank you !!
🏆🏆 thank you Tim and Matt👏👏

What lake or river are you on in this video? TB, is my favorite channel.
cant get enough of those fish, nothing in freshwater fights harder
Looks like The entrance to Frank’s track
Also u got be out in deep water
Think stripers are the most beautiful bass
You need to add jerkbaits to your striper arsenal. Just exchange the tiny hooks that they come with for some 2X by 1/0 trebles (and leave the middle one off!) and you're all set to go.
You guys are so awesome
YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO RELEASE A FISH
Pretty sure this is the first and only time I've seen Tim's irises…
Tell us about your rod please
Not sure why this is called “how to”. Should just be called… “watch us fish”.
Any live bait tips?

It pains me to see them throw them back striper are so delicious
