This sneaky swimbait rigging trick is borderline UNFAIR. In this video, I show you how to rig a soft plastic swimbait to make it swim with ultra-natural, lifelike action β even in the most pressured bass fishing conditions. You’ll get an underwater look at how it moves, learn exactly how to fish it, and see why this swimbait setup flat-out catches fish when nothing else works. If you’re tired of followers and short strikes, this advanced swimbait technique might be your new secret weapon. Perfect for clear water, finesse swimbait fishing, and getting bites from big, pressured bass that have seen everything! Today we tested this swimbait rig on Smith Lake sight of the upcoming Major League Fishing Invitational tournament! #SwimbaitFishing #BassFishingTips #FishingHack #PressuredBass #BigBassTrick #SoftSwimbait #fishingsecrets #tournamentfishing

Aw, Bog intro. I just lost my Lucky man not long ago. Been following you for several years now. Seeing Bog licking that fish reminded me of him. β€οΈπ€π₯Ή
Fast forward is ignoring
That fish just found out what it feels like to get licked on π
Anything that's Bog approved works for me, thanks Mikey.
B-LYK-MIKEY! IMO
fished minnow baits on a drop shot for years but never thought of this, will be on the spinning rod next time I go thank you
so like drop swimming
The sneak rig is a powerful little rig. Brings a smile to my face to see you catching them on it
Sneaky McSneakerson !!! π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯
I've been doing something similar with the Crush City 2.5 inch swim bait
with a 1/0 belly weighed ewg. Similar size and presentation.
Spotted bass and the sneak rig ππ so stoked you have that technique dialed in brother itβs a ton of fun. The key to this rig is the separation of the hook and the weight not being together. This separation allows the plastic to have a very natural swimming action
Thanks Mikey, it was a really interesting video, my friend. Super vid and great information!
People including myself have been doing that with flukes and swimbaits for a long time now. You gotta stop telling all the secrets π jk. Its not been called the sneaky rig though idk where that came from lol.
3 inch swimbait with a 2/0 TUSH
Have you tried any different small swim baits with that sneak rig??
Why not us a 1/16 oz jig head?
Put 6 of these on a umbrella rig
Bog the bass dog
Hey Bog!
Hey Mikey!
I dont understand how you dont end up with line twist reeling against that drag?
Bruh just fishing with the banjo minnow, lol.
Just go buy Core Tackle's TUSH Rig. It's basically the same thing but it's already pre made so all you do is put it on your seimbait. And they come in different size weight and hook combos. These are the guys who invented the hover rig 2 years ago that everyone (including Gambler – sorry) copied. They have other sneaky rigs like their Weedless Wacky Shot rig … it's Jonny Shultz (fish the moment) and Matt Stephan side business tackle company. Lost track of the number of fish I've caught in the last 2 years on these rigs when nobody knew about them …
Nice technique, looks like a blast!
I use this same swim bait in the same color here in Central Florida π
Mikey always love the great videos and love seeing bogs. Question for you, are you running the new 25.1 update on your hds pro's? If so would be great to see a video on your settings!! Tight lines and fish onπ£π£π£
The banjo minnow was just ahead of time.
Another cool trick from Mikey the masterπβ€β€β€
Could you do a small line through with a treble on top, instead? Glue a small nail or drop shot cylinder inside the bait for ballast?
Your videos are always top notch! Keep up the great work! πΊπ
Your videos are always so helpful! Thank you for the new knowledge! ππ
