I learned the hard way that teeth change line choice/leader setup.
In my area it's musky and tiger musky. I now run a ~5” section of clear 50lb big game on my local waters. I still feel bad about the musky that swam off with one of my glides in it's mouth. I hope it shook it eventually.

Musky fisherman here. Those hooks are undersized, so that style treble is a terrible choice. And they are breaking on you. I would go with black tridents, or any standard bend standard shank treble, one size up would be best. You will break 80lb braid before you straighten a 4/0 black trident. Also not expensive. Hope this helps you land more bass and tight lines.
