Hi guys, and welcome back to my channel – today I’m going to be airbrushing a new prototype lure.
The rough form of this fishing lure blank most of you will know out of my previous videos. I just wanted to find out for myself how easy it is to transform an existing lure blank into a swimbait. 
After the airbrushing tutorial I performed a float test in which I noticed that the buoyancy of the lure changed through splitting it and I will have to change some things before the next lure build. 
A small little tip for everybody who wants to create 3D-printed fishing lures: always make sure to really smooth out your 3D-prints before airbrushing them – I sadly rushed the sanding process on this lure and one actually sees 3D-printing lines in the finish lure, which is sad.
