But Shaq can't catch the donkeys like you do! Lol
Here in Iowa I don’t get many followers and my main forage is bluegill and crappies. so baits in the 6-8 inch range in a panfish profile out preform long slim glides like the 250.
I saw your glide bait compilation a few months ago. Do you attach a treble hook to the line tie with a split ring and what size treble are you using? Do you have trouble with it getting rapped in your line?
Great video, what rod, reel, and line do you use for your 250 and the abt ? And do you do any mods with the 250??
In my experience, bigger glide baits – Gancraft, Deps and Roman Made seem to swim and work much better than their smaller counter parts. The Negotiators I've had would roll and crunch, but I was amazed at how the Mother did. Deps 250 I could make dance but the 175 not so much. Ditto the Gancraft. I sold all of my manufactured baits when I started making my own, and found that the larger glides were easier to tune and work than smaller ones of the same design. Not really sure why this is, but it's my experience.
Can’t wait until you get some more 9 inch ABT’s in stock, I will def be picking one up!
Winter keep it smaller come spring and summer they will hammer the huge ones
