I love the perch swimbait they make on cloudy days and/or if I’m fishing dirtier water. Gotten some good fish with that lure, my only issue would be that these get shredded quickly by teeth and we have a ton of pickerel and snakehead here.
The look great and they do catch fish but I believe you can have just as much luck with a cheap storm lure it will be a heart breaker when a toothy critter bites the tail off
I just bought this lure in Bluegill. Haven't tried it yet. Winter closed in. Before I got a chance. Shawn.
Got the bluegill in my MTB. Gonna try it out soon. Wish me luck!
Jesus loves you
I'll tell you what you're filming it is pretty darn good
these only work in waters where bass arent constantly pressured by anglers daily. use them in socal and you're likely to get skunked.
Just got the golden shiner for 3 dollars at Ollies. Can't wait to try it.
There without a doubt beautiful
I saw a guy yesterday catch a huge snook on a live target mullet in Miami out at Black Point Marina.
I used the bluegill one around some docks and patches of Lilly pads(I’m in Minnesota) and I hooked 11/12bass and a couple little pike
I like how you had it in a tree!
Welp the bluegill paint started peeling off the first time I used it and I barely used it didn’t even catch a fish on it
Your supposed to real it slow
1:29 Keep it Realistic 👍
Bought a bluegill, it just floats on its side. Retrieval was pretty much like dragging a piece of surface garbage. Which it was.
Not sure if they are worth it for freshwater but they are great for picky saltwater fish
Want more tail action? Boil the tails. I do that to all my Huddleston baits and it works wonders
I caught a 10 pound largmouth on the golden shiner
Catch em all fishing loves the live target
Very thorough, objective review. I’ve never fished the Live Target Swimbaits, but I like that you didn’t dismiss them immediately when the action wasn’t aggressive. Many baits have their place under the right conditions. It’s just a matter of figuring out what those conditions are.
I feel like they’re over priced for no reason
