What happened to the bass around here? Why don’t they want a swimbait now? I was catching some nice bass on the Keitech Swimbait, so I thought I would try it again. I fished it at two different locations, but the action isn’t like it was the day before. I caught a three pounder and a few other nice bass just a day ago! So why won’t they go for it today? I did manage to catch one single bass at the second spot I tried, so its not a total skunk. I am not sure what happened. The weather has been warm, the water level is good, it seems like similar conditions. Why don’t the bass want the swimbait anymore? I don’t know. #realistic #fishing

Those constantly changing variables keep things interesting, and keep us from taking it for granted. If it's too easy all the time, it wouldn't be as much fun, and we wouldn't learn to appreciate the catches we do make.

Alex, yesterday I caught a giant bass. 26.5 INCHES!!!! That is a double digit bass. Caught it on a storm swimbait. KIR! I posted the video on my shorts. A true monster bass!

Sometimes the bass just “shutoff” and don’t bite anything. It’s like they go on a soft plastic “fast”. 🤷🏻♂️

I know what you’re going through. Bass fishing is tough in my area right now too. Maybe my luck will change when I go to Florida in a couple of weeks. I caught my PB in FL back in March on a chatterbait. And I agree with you about not being stuck on one lure. That’s why I always take three or four rods with me with a different lure on each one! its been the same for me up here in Wisconsin, was killing it for a few weeks and all of a sudden its been a grind just to catch one bass! still going out there every day but might have to take your advise and try some new lures or maybe new colors?

Facts sir. You have to always be willing to adapt to try to get a bite. But if you caught fish all the time, it would be called catching and not fishing. Love your videos. Keep on keeping it realistic.
Yeah, fish can be finicky when it comes to bait like that, caught one on spoon one day and than it was a bladebait and jerkbait on the other. Fishing can be tough yep.

I always think its amazing how you usually use one bait or lure. Im not that patient. If I dont get a bite one a lure ill change to something different in 15 mins or so depending on the place Im fishing. Thanks for explaining about switching up lures. Alot of people seem to stay with 1 all the time. 👏👍🏻
