Iād use. Big nail weights before Iād use lead.
Keel weighted hooks with screw locks work so much better. That slip sinker is standing straight up on retrieve. It has to pick up all kind of shit
Great tips my man!
Great video Derek those baits are on my list, I have not been able to get out lately. Those look like they would also work great in saltwater.
Great tips. That's a nice kayak too. What brand is that?
Good video I have been trying the kitsch 3inch pearl white and just last week caught my person best of 6 pounds seven ounces .
Is the braid going down to a fluorocarbon leader ?
I'm gonna have to try those…ive been using the 3.25 Strike King rage swimmer in white lately. I tried the Keitech version also…looks just like the rage swimmer with the ribs. Don't really like them as much because in my opinion they're a little too narrow and slimy…makes it a little tougher to hook up straight on a swimbait head
What size weight do you use. I got the 3.25 inch bio spawn and a 4 inch ki tech swimbaits. I'm learning so much
Awesome tutorial man. I've done a lot of crazy things with baits such as put a blad on a hair jig to make a chatter hair jig. But I've never thought to Texas Rig a swimbait. Definitely going to give it a try.
