Some things we go over. This is the Team 6 7’9” Extra Heavy Rod from 6th Sense Fishing. It has a woven carbon fiber full handle designed for sensitivity while fishing. A milled out crown for the reel seat and some Fuji Concept O medium-sized guides. 30 Ton Japanese Graphite for the rest of the rod! Can handle 1-4oz baits.

Moving to the reel. The reel is a Abu Garcia Pro Max Low profile reel. This is the old model. the new model is the Max pro and white. It is a 7 to 1 gear ratio. Spooled up with 20 pound Berkely Triline Monofilament!

That looks like a solid setup for big swimbaits! 👌 that rod is crafted nice. I kind of started throwing swimbaits last year but mainly smaller glides 1oz-2oz or even just massive soft plastic paddle tails. It's a lot of fun!
