Today we are taking a look at a new fishing rod that I have added to my arsenal. I have been wanting one of these awesome DRT rods for a long time and I was finally able to pull the trigger on one! The DRT Pulse 1C is a Klash 9 specific rod made by DRT. Very limited release on these with under 30 ever being released to the general public here in the US. Shout out to DRT USA for allowing me to buy the rod through them as well!

Sick rod man! $800 sounds like a deal. They got them on ebay from time to time, but it will run you in few thousand $$ even for a used one. On the side note, a lot of people don't realize, DRT use Gary Loomis NFC blanks for this one. I was even thinking getting same blank from NFC, and have it wrapped by a local rod builder for a fraction of the cost…
I def wanna get a klash just so damn hard to find and the color I really want is that tan-gold head color or that silver grey one as well either one of those tbh but never can find one being sold always out-of-stock.even the tiny klash id get.
Look at the Evergreen „the Grand Stallion“ GTX – in my opinion the best one. But the drt is also awesome.

Congratulations jdm gear Is pretty badass. Just curious what the components are to justify the price? What the blank is constructed of, guides, reel seat, how much it weighs and for that price the sensitivity? I'm sure we can find this info somewhere but giving all the details would have been helpful.

DRT is actually a custom rod company that used to take custom build orders from people and later on started making their baits and got overwhelmingly popular 🙂
