Finally! Early Fall Bass Fishing With a Swimbait & Nice Bluegill

I finally caught an early fall bass fishing with a swimbait! I also caught a few nice bluegill as well. As the hot summer slowly changes to a cooler fall, the bite will hopefully turn on. Its been a while since I caught a bass so I am happy to finally get it done on a swimbait. I also tried a Yum Dinger and a Keitech with no luck. Since the bass fishing was so slow, I also tried for a few bluegill and caught few nice fish. If you have a chance to try a swimabait for early fall bass, you might get lucky too. #bassfishing #fishing

  1. Don't know if it was the weather or what but after a rough 3 days of almost nothing they started hammerin' my Zoom Ultravibe Speed Worm "Junebug Red" (looks more blue to me). It would be so cool to see you use that worm and pull a few out yourself. You got me going on bass fishing when I watched your video on fishing with different worms a while back. I love creatures and craws too. I have 4 or 5 craws but now I want to try that Ultravibe Speed Craw because of how well the worm worked. REALISTIC ALL THE WAY!! Thanks for your videos my friend. Steve

  2. Hey Alex,
Use an old school Rebel Humpback Minnow in a Silver/Neon Blue back or a Silver/Black back. It is a 2 3/4 inch top water bait that goes to about 2-3 ft. depth upon retrieve. They are my go to bait for tough bass fishing lakes. You can find them on eBay.

  3. Alex I would try a carolina rig and drag it around to try to get those tricky bass to bite, so far its worked for me this summer when a texas rig will not produce anything. Good luck!

  4. Just came across your channel. Love the videos! A buddy and I went fishing this morning – tried using a spoon lure to no avail. Saw your video catching a few bass with one and am keeping it in mind as encouragement to keep trying that lure every now and then, and a few other videos later, Iβ€˜m on this one now. Definitely subscribing!
