With the summer bite in full swing I thought what better opportunity to target these active fish than to throw a big glide bait all day! Any angler in their right mind would bring a few rods in the boat to adapt to the changing conditions that take place throughout the day however I thought I would challenge my self and bring only ONE rod and lure on the boat with me. This is risky at best, at any moment the fish could not want the bait any more or not even want it at all. it was a fun challenge that lead to some surprising results! Put a 80-120 lb leader on with a snap swivel 🏅
They weren’t seeing the boat they were seeing you 🤦🏻♂️
Looks like 10lb test
hi or low float?
Idea- 100lb braid and tie the middle of it to the line tie then attach a treble to both ends of the braid and then somehow stick it to the side of the bait by clipping one of the hooks off the treble then attach it to the side of the bait via come sort of small hook clip which is then rubber cemented to the bait (so if you want to you can take it off completely on the water
talk about your meters
Jam knot is the way to go
I like how you show how to do knots
Leviathan rods are the best
Pleasant sucks.
Do they stock trout in the winter at that lake?
MAD IMPRESSIVE DUDE!
Great, quality edit as for usual coming from you bro. I cant seem to stick a K9 fish, I stuck a ghost fish quickly but the K9 is my nemesis. Glad to see you stuck to a single bait and grind.
Awesome catch, 😜
Totally enjoy watching your vids brother. I'm in dobson ranch and I'm looking forward to cooler weather and trips to the lakes north of us here in the valley. Just curious, where do get your music from? I did your creative editing!! Thanks man, 👍🤙
Will always support you bud .. great work keep it up
Nice work..
Nice bass, what a big lure
New boat?
Southwest fishing would call that fish a giant 😂
