How lake stripers to eat? I caught and ate one from an ocean fed river in Oregon and it was excellent. I was wondering if they're is much difference?

Powerplant lake??? If so we have one by us named powerton and it produces 60 lb bluecat and flatheads every week,,winter is best…I catch them sometimes but normally go for the stripers and smallies….
