What is the rod that you used before switching to the dobyns 807?
Want a double digit bass….head down I-5 to Castaic. . Pyramids a striper lake. Well it was 40 years ago when i lived there. I caught a 20 lb largemouth from the swim beach on the lower lake in July 1985. It was the best bass lake in the country back then. Me and a few friends routinely caught fish over 15 lbs back then. I moved away in 1997. Don't know how it is now…

I have watched all of your videos and had big itch for more, it took a bit but I guess many people don't like fishing the cold winter months and think fish are lethargic, but winter fishing for me has always been the most rewarding for the the biggest bass.
