Like the title says…this was an absolutely INSANE day on the river in the South Texas Hill Country! Being only the 2nd time I had ever fished this spot, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. I knew there were at least a few nice bass around the area so I decided to spend most of the day throwing a big bait. I elected to go with the 8″ Mike Bucca Bull Glide to try and fool at least one of the larger fish into biting. Well that certainly happened, more than once!

Being able to see that big bass chasing the other big bass on your line and then actual reacting and going for the bait was freaking awesome! That's the kind of stuff people just don't believe happens but I seen it lol . Looked like a very even mixture of fun and frustration, mostly fun though. Your videos got me throwing the Whopper plopper (killing them with it ) and this has got me wanting to go dig out the glide and big swimmers. Great video.
