Today I am fishing a Texas Rig vs Swimbait. Spring Bass fishing from shore, especially at a public park, can still be hit or miss! Some days its seems like they want a big Texas Rig. Other days they want a small swimbait. Today I start out with a Texas rigged worm. I fish the whole park and don’t even get a bite. After switching to the swimbait I start catching fish. I catch 2 largemouth bass and two yellow bass. One of the bass was caught near the tail, but its still a good sign that bass are near shore. #fishing #realistic

Half of the battle sometimes is dealing with slime on your fingers lol. Nice catches brother. Foul hooked or not, the experience is what it's for.
Several solid fish on that small swim bait. I'd venture to guess if that worm was years newer, it would be killer.
Good job with a new bait, not sure if I will try that brand but it works
Definitely picking up.
Beautiful day to be at the lake sir! Keep It Realistic!!
Great video. Keep it Realistic!
Hot dawg that foul hooked bass was big time angy.
Definitely a great video Alex!! Some yellow bass and two large mouths (even though one ws foul hooked) it was a great video!! Overall I'd say a good day fishing. Thank you for always keeping it realistic π£π£
Good job. Couple of beautiful fish.

Go Alex π₯ π£ π€
I haven't gave you a shout out in a few years, glad to see your still giving classes. Thank you again for all your tips, and keep slinging em.
In most cases, a smaller bait fished on light line will outproduce a bigger bait on heavy line. The smaller profile attracts more fish in general.
You gotta get Butterbean to catch a fish!
Dup alex, ive used those big bite baits, us gross, bring a rag, don't put in pocket, dont wipe hands on jeansππ€£, do work tho, so do others so won't buy again, being realistic lol. Good switch π, looks like getting bass looking for beds? See big bass in near future,, crawfish started eatly this year in RI. Enjoyed as always, granddaughters, daughter-in-law and daughter git licences, watch you, they taking grandsons fishing together, im proud, and gkad you were such an influence, not like the BS fishing videos, how's your alter ego doung these days, was pushing ghooogan baits ladt saw π€£π, tyvm tc π£
Looks like swimbait wins this round. Great video as always. Thank you! KiR!!!
Alex, you've really been hooking some big one recently, even the snag was good one!
Bigger Bass movin' in to make a temporary brothel. π
Nice Video! Got some nice bass! Thanks for brining us along and keeping it realistic!
Those yellow bass are insane bait behind Shelbyville spillway in Illinois. I've caught everything from catfish, Gar, muskie and large mouth bass on them there.
Nice job keeping it realistic!

A foul hook on that size bass, with that size jig!! Great Angling and superior hooks!!
Man i dont know how ya do it.
I never catch anything cast and retrieve style.
Slip bobber and drop shot rigs work better for me.

I'm very happy today. On Monday, I caught my first crappie. It measured 12" and I caught it using a live minnow. 59 years old and caught my first big, bad boy crappie.
Nice catches ! I've always been amazed at how such tiny lures catch really nice bass! Great video ! Stay safe
