In this video I show how to make a homemade fishing mold for a swimbait lure. Lure molding is great when you carve a lure and dont want all that work to go to waste. This homemade swimbait makes a great fishing mold, and I think I will be able to catch a big fish on it soon.

How do you get the resin to float?
Lure looks great …a bluegill pattern would look great …and you could alwayse add a lip if you wanted it to dive deeper add rattles the possibilitys are endless ..nice work ..
Cool lure but why would you not show that u put it together
ty buddy good luck with your success
Just come accross your channel and watched your 2 most recent videos. Great looking lure and decoy mate, the rinkled alloy for the decoy fins looks cool.. haven't seen that before. That lure works really well. Could definitely make a few different versions of it, sinking, suspending, bibs ect. Nice work đź‘Ť
Good looking lure, sell it
Hi Mr. Ashley You gained one sub
Looks like a real fish! Nicely done. Hopefully it will have you catch a bunch of fish.
Two things I don't usually see others do, but I thought was quite clever; lining the mold before pouring and vibrating the mold after pouring… a couple of simple things that could yield a slightly better master.
A dressed treble looks really good as it trails, but can damper the action of a lure in the water. Your lure design has plenty enough action that the tail treble is dancing all the way home.
Only suggestion I have at the moment is about the 480p video quality. It would be really great to see at least 1080p. Although I can still see and tell most of what is going on, the grainy, fuzzy, blurry back-note to the feed is visually noticeable throughout the video. That aside, great stuff!
make me one, great looking cold water bait!
