Huge Keeper HALIBUT! Caught using a Swimbait!

Huge thanks to all the support so far on this channel!! Almost at 500 subscribers!!

This day in late May I caught my first ever keeper halibut from the bay! I had a great time with David and Evan at a pier in San Francisco. There was no action all day till I got really lucky and hooked this fish! Video speaks for itself and it was just a great day for me. Again, special thanks to David from SF Angler for inviting me out and letting me use his rod.

  1. The rope sections on the net should be all be tied to a steel ring then on your main rope should have a heavy duty snap clip. The Snap clip then attaches to the ring. What this will do is allow the net to spin as needed and stay level. Ring and snap clip will run about $12,00 for both parts
